These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Accretion PDR LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) to our customers (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”). By scheduling an appointment, leaving your vehicle with us, or approving a repair, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

1.1 We specialize in Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) and auto hail damage repair.
1.2 PDR is a process that removes dents and dings without repainting, when the paint surface is not cracked, chipped, or otherwise damaged.
1.3 We reserve the right to refuse or stop work on any vehicle if we determine that PDR is not appropriate or safe.

2. Estimates & Pricing

2.1 Any estimate we provide (in person, by photo, or online) is a good‑faith estimate only and may change after we inspect the vehicle in person.
2.2 Final pricing is based on factors including dent size, depth, location, number of dents, metal type, access, and paint condition.
2.3 If we discover additional damage or complexity, we will notify you and request approval before continuing.
2.4 All prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

3. Insurance Claims

3.1 For hail damage and other covered events, you are responsible for filing and managing your insurance claim.
3.2 We may assist you by:

  • Providing written estimates and photos

  • Communicating with your insurance adjuster

  • Helping explain the PDR process

3.3 You remain responsible for:

  • Any deductible

  • Any amount not covered or reduced by your insurer

  • Providing accurate information to your insurer

3.4 If your insurance company pays us directly, you authorize us to endorse and deposit any checks issued for repairs.

4. Vehicle Drop‑Off, Storage & Pick‑Up

4.1 When you leave your vehicle with us, you confirm that you are the owner or have legal authority to authorize repairs.
4.2 You must remove all personal items from the vehicle. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left inside.
4.3 We will notify you when your vehicle is ready for pick‑up.
4.4 Vehicles must be picked up within [1] days of completion. After that, a daily storage fee may apply.
4.5 If a vehicle is not picked up and storage fees are unpaid, we may pursue legal remedies available under state law, including liens.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment is due in full when the repair is completed and before the vehicle is released, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.2 We accept the payment methods listed on our website or at our shop (e.g., cash, major credit/debit cards, approved insurance payments).
5.3 Returned or declined payments may result in additional fees and collection costs.

6. Quality of Repair & Limitations

6.1 Our goal is to restore your vehicle as close as reasonably possible to its pre‑damage condition using PDR methods.
6.2 Some dents may not be fully removable due to:

  • Prior bodywork or filler

  • Cracked, chipped, or stretched paint

  • Limited access behind the panel

  • Severe or sharp dents

6.3 In such cases, we will:

  • Inform you of expected results before or during the repair, and

  • Obtain your approval to proceed.

6.4 Minor imperfections, slight waves, or paint flaws may remain and are considered acceptable within industry standards for PDR.

7. Warranty

7.1 We provide a limited warranty on our PDR work for as long as you own the vehicle, covering:

  • Reappearance of dents we repaired due to our workmanship.

7.2 This warranty does not cover:

  • New damage after the repair (e.g., new hail, door dings, accidents)

  • Pre‑existing paint defects, rust, or corrosion

  • Areas where the paint was already cracked, chipped, or previously repaired

7.3 To make a warranty claim, you must:

  • Contact us promptly, and

  • Bring the vehicle back to our shop for inspection.

7.4 Our sole obligation under this warranty is, at our option, to:

  • Re‑perform the PDR work, or

  • Refund the portion of the repair cost related to the affected area.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the vehicle and damage

  • Disclose any prior bodywork or repainting in the damaged area

  • Cooperate with us and your insurance company

  • Follow our instructions for care of the repaired area

9. Liability

9.1 We will take reasonable care of your vehicle while it is in our possession.
9.2 We are not liable for:

  • Pre‑existing damage or defects

  • Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to our work

  • Loss or damage caused by events beyond our control (e.g., theft, vandalism, fire, severe weather, natural disasters)

9.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific repair giving rise to the claim.

10. Photos & Marketing

10.1 We may take photos or videos of your vehicle before, during, and after repairs for:

  • Documentation

  • Training

  • Marketing (e.g., website, social media, ads)

10.2 We will not display your license plate number or other identifying personal information where reasonably possible.
10.3 If you do not want your vehicle used in marketing materials, please notify us in writing before or at drop‑off.

11. Cancellations & Rescheduling

11.1 If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least [X] hours before your appointment.
11.2 We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for last‑minute cancellations or no‑shows.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law rules.
12.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to our services or these Terms will be handled in the courts located in [Your County, Your State], unless otherwise required by law.

13. Changes to These Terms

13.1 We may update these Terms from time to time.
13.2 The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when changes were made.
13.3 Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
